Overview:

The active submission period of the fourth phase of RAMI is now closed. Submitted simulation results are currently being analysed. RAMI-IV featured a completely new set of experiments that can be grouped into two separate categories:

Anisotropic background (HOM)Two-layer canopy (HOM)Adjacent canopies (HOM)
ABSTRACT HOMOGENEOUS CANOPIES: anisotropic background ABSTRACT HOMOGENEOUS CANOPIES: two canopy layers ABSTRACT HOMOGENEOUS CANOPIES: two adjacent canopies
Anisotropic background (HET)Two-layer canopy (HET)Constant slope (HET)
ABSTRACT HETEROGENEOUS CANOPIES: anisotropic background ABSTRACT HETEROGENEOUS CANOPIES: two canopy layers ABSTRACT HETEROGENEOUS CANOPIES: uniform slope

Access to the various experiment description pages can be obtained by clicking on the corresponding images above. First time users, on the other hand, may want to explore the various test cases of this fourth RAMI phase by using the hierarchic link provided below. In addition, a synoptic overview table is also provided to give direct access to all experiments of RAMI-IV (left column) and their associated measurements (right column).

First time users interested in participating in RAMI events, may want to read the FAQ section to get started, in particular, the How can I participate with my model(s) in a RAMI phase? question. Veteran users (and others) should inform themselves of the full list of (file formatting and other) new features in RAMI-IV. Note also that RAMI-IV offers participants the possibility to test the compliance of their model-generated results files with the RAMI file-naming and formatting convention, prior to their submission via ftp: To do so follow the pulsating on-line format checker link in the top navigation bar. Once your files are ready please follow the instructions given in the FAQ: How do I submit my results?
